Responsibilities:

  • Manage consolidated financial statement of subsidiary companies.
  • Manage reports of consolidated P&L, forecasting, budget and performance analysis of actual vs forecast, rolling forecast of subsidiary companies.
  • Manage gathering information and preparing reports of consolidated P&L forecasting categorized by business units, products, distributions and other scenarios.
  • Manage gathering information and preparing reports of A&P budget in various scenarios (monthly/yearly) of subsidiaries.
  • Analyze and plan tax management of subsidiaries and cooperate with accounting and finance departments for revenue and expense adjustment.
  • Prepare analysis of simulated case study, sensitivity study and other adhoc analysis.
    • Provide suggestions and models for preparing budget, financial forecasting as well as standardize consolidated financial forecasting policy for subsidiaries.

Qualifications:

  • Male/Female aged 35-40 years old.
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Finance Management or related filed.
  • Experience 7-10 years in budgeting consolidation, financial forecasting consolidation, financial projection and analysis.
  • Good analytical thinking and cost analysis skills.
  • Good leadership, team work and initiative.
  • Experience in SAP is an advantage.
