Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing & driving the brand strategy for the Thailand business.
  • To lead a multidisciplinary team of marketing professionals engaged with building brands that consumers desire & customers champion.   Ensure the achievement of profit, volume, brand building and capability development objectives.
  • Responsible for marketing budgets.
  • Responsible for sales and profit

  • Integrating the principles of the company into local consumer marketing processes.
  • Managing relationships and performance of external service providers.
  • Leads team and needs to ensure constant capability development, succession planning & employee engagement in the department.
  • Needs to ensure that there is good information flow with Commercial and Finance.
  • Create and execute brand strategy in Thailand keeping in mind local consumer insights and the principles of the company.
  • Build brands that sustain growth in the longer term and deliver powerful & distinctive proposition to the targeted customers.
  • Regularly measure Brand Health & Brand Wealth.
  • Effectively utilise promotion budget by creating appropriate programmes for appropriate channels.
  • Create an understanding of market trends and consumer preferences through.
  • Interact with Global Brand team.
  • Lead the change, improve processes & create new capabilities within the sales organisation.
  • Changes in product portfolio.
  • Reduction in managerial layers.
  • Transfer of partial trade marketing responsibilities into Marketing.
  • Ensure thorough understanding of elements – from Insight generation to Outer ring elements; Pricing, brand tracking, communication Development etc. – within each employee of the department. Continuously lead the and ensure continuous employee development.

Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate in Marketing Management with 10-15 years of Commercial, sales & of years of Commercial, sales & marketing experience.
