Responsibilities:

  • Develop category vision and drivers and find opportunity to achieve sales target and win in all channels.
  • Develop the channel demand creation strategies for both MT and GT (include sub channel) and determine the right in store activation plan for each channel that required to understanding of shopper insight.
  • Develop effective and creative in store activation plan.
  • Develop monthly sales plan and priorities to support field sales to achieve goal and implement it excellence.
  • Active role in X-functional Acceleration Unit to determine future strategy and plans for key brands and accounts
  • Coordinate and align direction and plan with Marketing and Sales organization.
  • Maximize and control trade marketing budget to achieve sales OGSM with efficient return on investment.
  • Enable the Trade Marketing organization through leadership, coach and motivate with the right KPI to ensure they have the qualities, abilities, skills desired and determination to performance their job functions with a high level of productivity.

Qualifications:

Education: MASTER Degree in Business and Administration

Experience: Trade Marketing Management, Project Management, Strategic Development, People Management and General Management skill, Leadership skills, People skill, Strategic management
