Job Purpose:

To operate Non Retails Sales (NRS) Department efficiently and profitably and to ensure its progressive development in sales and personnel, for the company.        


Responsibilities:

GENERAL & ADMINISTRATION

  • To achieve 100% TEST or more in turnover, pairs sales and operational result.
  • To plan, direct and control the selling activities of NRS Department.(Industrials, Institution, Export and Wholesales department )
  • To develop ways and means of increasing sales profitability.
  • To set and demonstrate a high standard of dynamic leadership and excellence in management.
  • To develop sales forecasts to provide a realistic basis for production planning and stock control.
  • To control of stock in each season, especially the ageing for NRS department.
  • To review the sales productivity of managers and staff and ensure that the set goals are being achieved.
  • To be fully informed of the market and general economic trends of the country.
  • To represent the company in all phases of footwear industry, outside business and professional organizations of delegate.
  • To maintain an awareness of technological changes having an effect on our business and to integrate these changes into our practices.
  • To co-ordinate with the company staff the development of company short and long-range plans, seasonal estimate expenses and operational results to prepare NRS dept. concept and strategy plans.
  • To develop and administer efficiently of operations plans, policies and procedures.
  • To prepare NRS dept. Profitability analysis and to take corrective actions.
  • To ensure the operation of NRS dept. expenses are kept to a minimum.
  • To ensure that all administrative operations are completed properly and on time.
  • To deal with export customer for ordering and shipment under sales term condition
  • To deal & expand business with new Distributor, Dealer customer for wholesales dept. and Industrial dept. with agreement under company’s policy.
  • To expand business to Thai Border and ASEAN group countries such as Myanmar, Laos and Cambodian etc.

 MERCHANDISING

  • To propose new products and introduce all of these collection to customer
  • To establish O.T.B. and to ensure having the right quantities of merchandise at the right place, at the right price and at the right time to meet sales and profit objectives.
  • To analyze and evaluate of merchandising reports and take corrective actions.
  • To ensure that all merchandising reports are completed properly and on time.
  • To ensure that no merchandise in stock is older than one year.
  • To achieve stock turn of 3 times per season.

PERSONNEL & TRAINING

  • To ensure that all personnel are properly trained and provide a high caliber of service to customers.
  • To develop and maintain training programs for Dealer Managers, Industrials & Institution Managers, Sales and Office staffs.

LATERAL RELATIONSHIPS

To work closely with Department Managers and ensure that company objectives are reached.

STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE

  • 100% TEST or more in turnover, sales and operational result.
  • Each Department concern (Industrials–Institution – Export and Wholesales) expenses within approved budget.
  • Special and challenging tasks performed as specified.
  • Short, long-range plans and seasonal estimates finalized on time.

SPECIAL ASSIGNMENT

The Company from time to time may assign the other duties and responsibilities for the efficiency of work.
