Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all management and staffs are trained
  • Monitor store productivity and performance through review of the Weekly Performance Summaries
  • Coach store management in motivating above and below standard performers Monitor salary expenditures weekly, enforcing payroll control based on business trends.
  • Compete in national incentive programs, develop regional programs and ensure enthusiastic participation of stores in district.
  • Monitor the four statistics by store using Store Quarterly Performance Summary Sheets.
  • Maximize each store’s inventory levels for profitable sales and productivity.
  • Communicate and address inventory needs and concerns with Merchandise Office.
  • Resolve inventory concerns with Merchandise Office.
  • Follow-up with stores to ensure Head Office initiated regroupings are completed according to company  policies.
  • Communicate frequently with Merchandise office regarding competitors’ activities.
  • Ensures stores implement all promotions within required time frames.
  • Monitor execution of all visual presentation plans.
  • Ensure all sales promotions and marketing directions are implemented. (Price change)
  • Ensure that all staffs are wearing standard uniform and badge according to company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality only.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in any field.
  • 5 years’ experience in fashion retail store / business.
  • Experience taking care PC and store operation at least 3-5 branches.
  • Strong sales area management or store management.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Able to travel both Bangkok and up-country.
