Ensure all management and staffs are trained
Monitor store productivity and performance through review of the Weekly Performance Summaries
Coach store management in motivating above and below standard performers Monitor salary expenditures weekly, enforcing payroll control based on business trends.
Compete in national incentive programs, develop regional programs and ensure enthusiastic participation of stores in district.
Monitor the four statistics by store using Store Quarterly Performance Summary Sheets.
Maximize each store’s inventory levels for profitable sales and productivity.
Communicate and address inventory needs and concerns with Merchandise Office.
Resolve inventory concerns with Merchandise Office.
Follow-up with stores to ensure Head Office initiated regroupings are completed according to company policies.
Communicate frequently with Merchandise office regarding competitors’ activities.
Ensures stores implement all promotions within required time frames.
Monitor execution of all visual presentation plans.
Ensure all sales promotions and marketing directions are implemented. (Price change)
Ensure that all staffs are wearing standard uniform and badge according to company standards.
Thai nationality only.
Bachelor’s degree or above in any field.
5 years’ experience in fashion retail store / business.
Experience taking care PC and store operation at least 3-5 branches.
Strong sales area management or store management.
Able to communicate in English.
Able to travel both Bangkok and up-country.
