  • In charge of Human resource management which includes Compensation & Benefit, Welfare, Employee Relation, Recruitment & selection, Human Resource Development, Performance management and HRIS.
  • Develop and implement HR Policies and initiate HR Strategy according to company’s direction.
  • Manage & improve efficiency of HR team members for providing client satisfaction.
  • Analyze problem in relevant HR issue to identify solution and areas in need of improvement.
  • Provide advice and guidance to management team for any related HR issue.
  • Planning and manage operating budgets for the Human Resources department.
  • Oversee manpower planning according to business strategic direction
  • Drive HROD Project according to company’s direction; succession planning, Leadership program employee engagement and talent management.
  • Provide advice and participate in resolving Labor dispute situations and investigation.


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field.
  • Over 15 years experienced in Human resource management.
  • Experienced at least 5 years in management level.
  • Has knowledge in Thai Labor Law and Performance Management system.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership, people management and problem solving skill.
  • Good interpersonal skills, Self- Driven and pro-active working style.
  • Service-minded and positive attitude.
