Responsibilities:

  • Establish sales strategies to ensure achieve sales and company target
  • Analyze market information and trend; identify new opportunity in order to increase sales revenue
  • Monitor category and product performance versus targets, to ensure achievement of business
  • Work closely with Merchandising team, ensure promotion compliance & in-store execution excellence
  • Perform demand planning by using historical data and activity plan by account
  • Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate Sales performance
  • Maintain strong relationship with partner
  • Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Receiving and resolving customer complaints and problems in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or higher degree in Business Administration or related field
  • More than 5 years’ sales experience in FMCG business
  • Experience in sales / key account management HBA or cosmetic industry would be preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic mind, and proactive.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good English with excellent leadership skills
