Responsible for initiating sales & marketing strategies in Cambodia to achieve sales target, expanding market to drive market growth, and corporate with a distributor relate. Analyze the market to foster sales and customers’ base.


  • Initiate sales & marketing strategies in Cambodia to achieve sales target
  • Set, allocate, monitor, and re-allocate the yearly target for each country to achieve the overall sales target
  • Review the relevant reports for sales and expenses, competitors, and marketing, also provide the recommendation
  • Support and control the implementation of new products launching
  • Monitor and control the relevant budget and stocks
  • Corporate with Sole Agent Distributors to keep relationship


  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administrative, International Business or related fields
  • Prefer International business experience, at least 3-5 years of Trade management in FMCG market
  • Good command of English.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skill.
  • Computer literacy Microsoft Office / SAP (Preferable)
  • Able to travel to oversea
