Purpose:

The job holder responsibilities covers diverse HR spectrums such as learning & development, people & organization development, employees engagement, internal communication and so forth by designing, developing and implementing HR programs that align with the company needs and Company Internal standard procedure and standard required


Responsibilities:

  • Act as a change agent in providing the support and mechanism to implement major changes of the business organizational redesign, change management, culture management and related OD matters, competency program, talent program, career program
  • Support development of the company competency framework and its supporting tools such as competency dictionary, competency assessment and report as well as identify training programs that align with the competency framework
  • Develop HR programs in conjunction with employee’s engagement survey results that may related to performance management system, learning & development, internal communication, promotion of internal career opportunities and some aspect of reward & recognition

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management / Development or a related field.
  • At least 10 years relevant work experience in learning & development, organization development and change management with 5 years’ experience in managerial position within HR function
  • Some experience in HR business partnership deliver HR solutions that align with business needs
  • Previous experience in planning and developing learning& development program for difference employees’ segments
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in developing difference training support documents such as presentation slides, facilitation guide and training participant handbook using Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication with strong communication skills
  • Able to travel to work with flexible schedule
