Responsibilities:

  • Develop the effective marketing strategies and plan to achieve business objective.
  • Optimize media strategy and communication plan to be aligned with marketing plan within the given budget.
  • Consistently monitor and analyzing business performance, market situation and competitors.
  • Define concept directions of responsible sub-brand that will be spring board to reach business objectives.
  • Be a part of define concept via qualitative, quantitative research and focus group.
  • Implement via allocate budget in overall to meet business objective.
  • Implement long-term strategy via align with product concept and product direction in order to support business objective.
  • Manage TVC overall process such as develop TVC concept, agency brief, story board, shooting, TVC evaluation.
  • Co-coordinating agencies and cross functions to deliver the agreed plan according to brand strategy.
  • Prepare reports to monitor / evaluate key brands performance.
  • Coaching to develop and build up both Assistant Product Manager and Marketing Support performance both technical skill and soft skill.
  • Coordinate with relevant department to achieve business objective.

 

Qualifications:

  • Understand overall marketing activities both ATL, BTL with prove achievement record in product.
  • Has experience in brand concept /communication development preferably in FMCG at least 4 years.
  • Has experience in global / regional role is an advantage
  • Familiarity and skill with the tools of researching e.g. AC. Nielson report too
  • Familiar with presentation and can easy to communicate with audient.
  • Excellent in both of writing and speaking as well as presentation in English.
  • Computer Microsoft office skill is a must.
  • Excellent projects management skill with multiple deadlines.
  • Show strong sense of ownership to drive business beyond its potential, self-motivation and be accountable for own action.
