Responsibilities:
- Develop the effective marketing strategies and plan to achieve business objective.
- Optimize media strategy and communication plan to be aligned with marketing plan within the given budget.
- Consistently monitor and analyzing business performance, market situation and competitors.
- Define concept directions of responsible sub-brand that will be spring board to reach business objectives.
- Be a part of define concept via qualitative, quantitative research and focus group.
- Implement via allocate budget in overall to meet business objective.
- Implement long-term strategy via align with product concept and product direction in order to support business objective.
- Manage TVC overall process such as develop TVC concept, agency brief, story board, shooting, TVC evaluation.
- Co-coordinating agencies and cross functions to deliver the agreed plan according to brand strategy.
- Prepare reports to monitor / evaluate key brands performance.
- Coaching to develop and build up both Assistant Product Manager and Marketing Support performance both technical skill and soft skill.
- Coordinate with relevant department to achieve business objective.
Qualifications:
- Understand overall marketing activities both ATL, BTL with prove achievement record in product.
- Has experience in brand concept /communication development preferably in FMCG at least 4 years.
- Has experience in global / regional role is an advantage
- Familiarity and skill with the tools of researching e.g. AC. Nielson report too
- Familiar with presentation and can easy to communicate with audient.
- Excellent in both of writing and speaking as well as presentation in English.
- Computer Microsoft office skill is a must.
- Excellent projects management skill with multiple deadlines.
- Show strong sense of ownership to drive business beyond its potential, self-motivation and be accountable for own action.
