Job responsibilities;

 

  • Implement and execute company’s goal and objectives.
  • Achieve growth in turnover and profitability with optimum working capital.
  • Prepare the budget and exercise control on expenses, prepare the sales forecast and action plan
  • Discuss and review the marketing plans formulated with Sales Team and achieve the sales growth and improve market share.
  • Maintain good public image of the company by effective communication and contracts with other business organization, government agencies and trade associations.
  • Handle and resolve all complaints from Customers and Sales Team end – users in an effective and
  • efficient manner.

Qualifications;

 

  • Degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing or other related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in sales & marketing function.
  • 5+ years’ experience in managerial level.
  • Strong relationship and account management in Oil & Gas.
  • Good knowledge in chemistry and/or petrochemical.
  • Experience in selling quality system service is preferred.
  • Leadership with team management and good sale strategic planning.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Possess solid presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and background preferred.
  • Flexible traveling both domestic and oversea.
