  • Business/ Marketing plan development and management.
  • Structure and lead event, promotion and CRM team to deliver effective integrated marketing plan to drive traffic and conversion in each property of company while enhancing overall image of each properties.
  • Develop thought leadership around innovative marketing activities to enhance overall image of each properties.
  • Share in knowledge dissemination, reporting and communication to drive continuous improvement of the program.
  • Search and increase numbers of new partners especially innovators to drive collaboration.
  • Client relation management.
  • Supervise, build and maintain strong clients, outside partners, and tenant relationship.
  • Oversee and monitor overall department income and expenses on monthly basis to generate Revenue to lower total marketing investment to meet business target.
  • Capability building.
  • Support MD and partner with multi-functions in essential internal company leadership and transformation activities (SD renovation, Data Integration, SIP, and organization planning)
  • Manage human resources (recruiting, performance reviews, staff deployment/ workload balancing, career progression) with related to internal communication and budgeting.
  • Mentoring, coaching by being visible, approachable sounding board and resources for team.


  • Highly advanced/ MBA degree from leading university.
  • Experience 15+ years in a senior management position in retail business or related top tier companies in Thailand.
  • Brand Management.
  • Effective integrated marketing communication.

  • Must have experience in retail or property management sector.
  • Track record of always pushing for excellence to deliver superior result.
