  • Promotes customer relations, acquires new business, develops the existing client base and leads the account management.
  • Directs the business development process (tender analysis, solution design, costing and service offering)
  • Creates and executes investment plans in line with the commercial targets for additional facilities and resources.
  • Monitors market trends and competitor activity in order to identify new business opportunities (acquisition candidates, new services, business partners, etc.)
  • Generate new business within the scope of Contract Logistics and Distribution by providing supply chain solutions to clients across all industry sectors.
  • Direct the preparation and consolidation of the contract logistics budget and monitor the financial performance versus the forecast.
  • Full P&L responsibility.
  • Maintain and improve partnership with clients. Work with clients’ senior management to achieve company’s goals.
  • Strategically plan and direct inbound and outbound logistics, such as transportation or warehouse activities, value-added logistics, safety performance, or logistics quality management.
  • Improve productivity of the related Contract Logistics site through efficient work practices and monitoring the implementation of standard operating procedures to comply with specific customer requirements or specific in-country regulations.
  • Work closely with the appointed on-site leaders to achieve the above goals.
  • Manage customer relationships with key Contract Logistics customers.


  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations & transportation (local distribution)
  • Industry/competitor market knowledge.
  • Highly motivated with a strong passion for business development.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams across the business.
  • At least 8 years of working experience in Contract Logistics business.
