Responsibilities:

  • Be the owner of the newly created digital CRM platform.
  • Analysis and Develop company’s CRM strategy and implementation plan
  • Manage project feasibility, ROI and budget.
  • Manage offer to targeted segment – working closely with Marketing Department to come up with effective offers for different customers’ life cycle.
  • Daily manage end to end for customer experience and analyze campaign performance.
  • Lead and drive cross-functional team to execute digital CRM projects
  • Develop material support campaigns and ensure all tasks well executed and on-time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration / Management or related field
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • At least 3 years in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
  • Direct experience in E-Commerce, Credit-Card CRM, and Digital Redemption is a plus
  • Excellent computer skills in MS office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). Familiar with digital CRM tools.
  • Able to work well under pressure with positive attitude and good service mind
  • Good Planning, logical, attention to detail, and good documentation skills
