Purpose:

Participate in strategic planning and human resource management, corporate governance and control for the achievement of human development.  Responsibilities include creating employer brand in accordance with policy and the direction of organizational growth.


Qualifications:

  • Male or Female with age between 35-45 years
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in human resources organization Development management, psychology, organization management or any relates fields.
  • At least 5 years’ direct experience and minimum 10 years’ experience in HR development / Learning Development.
  • Knowledge and skills training and personnel development, performance or skills in each position, leadership and skills in managing people, communication skills and problem solving, mental and interpersonal skill.
  • Good command of spoken and written in English.
  • Must have good computer literacy skills Microsaft office, SAP, HRIS.
