Job Purpose

Plan, manage and coordinate to Employee Relations of Human Resources functions for individuals and the organization sustainable growth.

Job responsibilities;

  • Support HR team to control manpower planning and recruitment
  • Manage daily administrative jobs to provide services to employees and organize events to support people’s engagement; company bus, canteen, and other related facilities
  • Implement and maintain HR activities under the requirement
  • Cooperate with Management Representative for audit and provide data as require
  • Written performance evaluation procedure and time table for year plan
  • Updated Salary Rate Range Chart
  • HR Meeting Agenda and Union Management Monthly Meeting minutes
  • Coach, advise and motivate concern HR staff in acquiring vital skills in dealing with concern HR Services
  • Deal with concern parties in order to optimize the collaboration and to minimize inter-parties’ conflicts


  • Bachelor degree or higher in Organization Development, Human Resources, Human Relation, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or any related field
  • 5+ years’ in-depth experience in Employee Relations with manufacturer industry
  • Good knowledge in Thai Labor Laws
  • Understanding of compensation functions/roles within and outside the company
  • Good command of English and negotiation skill
  • Good attitude, team work, enthusiastic and flexible
  • Able to work base in Rayong
