Lead the Finance Department, supervise and monitor business analysis and treasury activities to ensure that the organization’s financial resources are managed in accordance with accounting principles, regulations, professional and ethical standards.
Handle all aspects of cash management and banking.
Control and monitor customers aging and credit risk.
Monitor and implement operation process improvement for collection and payment activities
Forecast and manage cash flow to meet daily cash requirements.
Manage the treasury function and managing risk for all transactions.
Prepare the company’s budget and monitoring the actual results of operations and spending against the budget.
Provide advice to management teams related to risk management and quality improvement.
Negotiate with banking and finance institutes to maximize benefits for the company
Supervise and monitor team to achieve their KPI
Male/Female, aged between 33-40 years old
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
At least 10 years of experience in accounting/finance functions with some experience at management level in food industry
Proficiency in MS Office with ERP experience
Having strong analytical skills to analyze financial results for management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Hands on, results oriented and an active personality
