Responsibilities:

  • Growing and managing community channel by putting in place the sale channel infrastructure.
  • Set sales strategy and incentive plan to grow the channel.
  • Motivate agent to drive sales performance as company’s target.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • More than 8 years’ experience in developing internal team and agencies engagement.
  • Strong experience in the role focusing on engaging agents, communities and other direct channels development.
  • Proven track record in growing community channels using techniques issues such Top agents acquisition, enhancing agent performance through the use of incentive programs (cash and non-cash), motivational programs and other methods to drive channel growth.
  • Good presenting difference business case to top management.
  • Good English communication and highly proficient in MS Office with strong numerical skills.
