Proven track record in growing community channels using techniques issues such Top agents acquisition, enhancing agent performance through the use of incentive programs (cash and non-cash), motivational programs and other methods to drive channel growth.
Good presenting difference business case to top management.
Good English communication and highly proficient in MS Office with strong numerical skills.
