Responsibilities:

  • To plan and develop strategies sales plan that will raise sales growth and customer satisfaction for the company consisting mainly of foreigners
  • To analyse market situation and business trends
  • To create and establish division’s strategies to meet with the company’s goals and targets
  • To build and manage team performance
  • To implement project feasibility and to ensure that operations remain on track with company goals
  • To evaluate the prospects of the brand as to ensure good quality.
  • To reach out to Chinese media & bloggers, agencies, airlines, GM hotels and the Thai Tourism Authority
  • To coordinate with Group Marketing team and tenants to deliver marketing campaigns
  • To increase sales volume; spending credit cards, tourist cards
  • To prepare an analysis with comments of all relevant monthly reports for submitting to President
  • To lead overall operations which include security with loss prevention and tenancy management with marketing support activity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master Degrees in economic, finance, business administration or related field
  • At least seven years’ of managerial experience in shopping centre or retail business
  • Understanding the various payment tools such as – Alipay, WeChat, Alibaba
  • Strong connection with travelling agency especially Chinese tourists
  • Having strategic thinking and planning skills
  • An ability to analyse and solve the problem systematically
  • Excellent communication and negotiation proficiency
  • Having leadership skills
