  • Manages a team of highly technical pricing analysts
  • Sponsors modeling and other pricing projects in Thailand and Vietnam
  • Provides strategic and tactical direction on motor pricing and product initiatives for all segments in both countries
  • Drives pricing projects to completion through others
  • Creates new product strategies and new product concepts individually and through influence
  • Prioritizes among projects to deliver highest level of benefit to the organization
  • Creates culture of evaluating and developing new techniques for use across departments
  • May be responsible for ensuring software/hardware tools meet the needs of staff and are cost effective
  • Leads high complexity and long-term projects and analysis
  • Effectively collaborates with other Product departments and other functional areas
  • Sponsors projects with team members multiple functional areas
  • May provide direction on topics for competitive evaluation and target competitors on a country wide or product line basis
  • May manage 3rd party vendors, including negotiation of contracts and pricing


  • 8+ years motor pricing and product experience
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field
  • Fluent in English; Thai and/or Vietnamese capabilities strongly preferred
  • Expert skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, Emblem)
  • Must have exceptional planning, analytical, decision-making, communication, and project management skills
  • Experience directly managing others required
  • High-level knowledge of data sources, tools, and the business (lines, systems, pricing plans), predictive modeling, and code (e.g., SQL)
  • Significant understanding of industry and competitors’ pricing strategies and relationship to our own
