Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving the top line sales and business growth development
  • Collaborate with Head Office on strategic business alignments
  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales objectives
  • Maintain strong relationship with local dealer(s) and ensure that sales progress is on track and achieving the overall sales objectives
  • Responsible for sales and marketing activities to generate and expand customer base
  • Ensure regulatory compliance of GC products with legislation in local country

Qualifications:

  • At least Diploma in Sales or Business Management is preferred
  • Minimally 3-5 years sales role experience in healthcare/medical product, preferably in dental industry with a proven track record of success
  • Strong clinical knowledge and background
  • Self-motivated with strong leadership skills and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent people management, problem solving and collaboration skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess a valid driving license but it is not essential
