Responsibilities:

  • Prepare human resources plan to align with corporate goal and policy
  • Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment process to provide sufficient manpower for business needs
  • Responsible for performance management of all employees together with result and report
  • Responsible for compensation & benefits which include reviewing and updating market trend as well as provide consultancy to employees
  • Develop annual training plan, training needs survey, as well as arrange training sessions and contact with related parties
  • Handle department budget and expense
  • Manage monthly payroll and taxation
  • Manage employee relations activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in human resources management at least 10 years
  • Leadership and relationship management skills
  • Positive attitude, self-learning and developing
  • Able to work on every two Saturdays
