Responsibilities:
- Prepare human resources plan to align with corporate goal and policy
- Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment process to provide sufficient manpower for business needs
- Responsible for performance management of all employees together with result and report
- Responsible for compensation & benefits which include reviewing and updating market trend as well as provide consultancy to employees
- Develop annual training plan, training needs survey, as well as arrange training sessions and contact with related parties
- Handle department budget and expense
- Manage monthly payroll and taxation
- Manage employee relations activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in human resources management at least 10 years
- Leadership and relationship management skills
- Positive attitude, self-learning and developing
- Able to work on every two Saturdays
