Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day to day running of Human Resource Management to ensure administration systems, company policies and procedures are followed whist focusing on people development and employee satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain all human resources policies relating to recruitment, promotions, transfers, personnel administration, and employee relations.
  • Monitor HR payroll and administer Compensation and Benefits at store & USC.
  • Advise Operations team (Operation manager / Area Manager / Management team) on human resources issues to ensure employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure job descriptions and job specifications are developed, updated and communicated on a regular basis for all positions.
  • Analyze the result of performance appraisal for all staff to define key areas of improvements
  • Analyze and define training needs to summarize areas for development.
  • Handle expatriate such as hosing, visa, work permit etc.

Qualifications:

  • At least Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development or related fields.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in Human Resources related fields.
  • Excellence in inter-personality and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English and computer literate.
