Responsible for the day to day running of Human Resource Management to ensure administration systems, company policies and procedures are followed whist focusing on people development and employee satisfaction.
Implement and maintain all human resources policies relating to recruitment, promotions, transfers, personnel administration, and employee relations.
Monitor HR payroll and administer Compensation and Benefits at store & USC.
Advise Operations team (Operation manager / Area Manager / Management team) on human resources issues to ensure employee satisfaction.
Ensure job descriptions and job specifications are developed, updated and communicated on a regular basis for all positions.
Analyze the result of performance appraisal for all staff to define key areas of improvements
Analyze and define training needs to summarize areas for development.
Handle expatriate such as hosing, visa, work permit etc.
At least Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development or related fields.
At least 10 years’ experience in Human Resources related fields.
Excellence in inter-personality and leadership skills.
