Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a Business Partner to top management and his/her team on all HR issues and their resolutions
  • Member of local leadership team, responsible for developing and executing the people initiatives that drive the country’s business results
  • Provides Strategic expertise to local leadership on developing people
  • Drives the talent management and people plan for business growth
  • Develops and executes best employer image

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Science or any relates discipline
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR management capacity in a large multinational environment; especially in learning and development
  • Good command of spoken and written in English. Must have good computer literacy skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels highly energetic and results oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proven leadership and ability to work well independently and with in a team environment Self-motivation, team spirit, positive attitude and strong leadership
  • Ability to work independently. Has an analytical approach to problem solving
