Industrial Sales Manager – sells safety shoes
Job Purpose:

To direct and control the actions and strategies identified for achieving the goals of sales and profitability of Company’s Industrial Brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in defining strategies for the sale of Company’s Industrial Brand.
  • Define and request authorization for the commercial terms of the unit in terms of payment terms, credit policies, discount policies, incentive policies to customers, marketing support.
  • Define and apply for approval of price list for current collection of the Brand.
  • Analyze, define and apply for approval for the levels of credit from customers.
  • Direct and control the activities of sales, distribution, and customer service, to maximize the profitability of the business.
  • Establish standards of performance and quality technical advisor or account executives, defining incentive systems for sales and approved by management.
  • Have regular contact with current or potential clients in order to identify their needs and level of satisfaction achieved with the products and services delivered.
  • Leading and participating in trade negotiations with distributor and customers in general.
  • Monitor compliance with the weekly sales and margin estimates for the Brand by the seller and / or client.
  • Responsible for maintaining a constant monitoring of stock levels, product mix and achieve the objectives defined for Stock turn of the Brand.
  • Identify new market niches, to work on the definition and incorporation into the product mix to offer to meet these new market requirements.
  • Weekly analysis of the results and identify actions needed.
  • Daily control, the process of orders from distributors and end user customers.
  • Participate in meetings of quality control or customer reclaim or returns.
  • Check regularly that the Company’s Industrial price list be respected by the distributor to the end user customers.
  • Regular visits to distributors and end user customers.
