Report to: Sales Director


  • Manage Point Of Sales and marketing schedule for all in-store communications.
  • Work Channel Marketing Manager and wider team to execute instore activation program according to commercial direction.
  • Deliver evaluation of activation investment for allocated customers, identifying return on investment and key learnings.
  • Create and deliver activation plans that support specific marketing objectives aligned to the JBO and Brand objectives.
  •  Generate tailor made activity by customer format, in conjunction with the category team and supported by full financial evaluation.
  • Develop cross-category platforms for activation.
  • Understand retailers’ activation and media opportunities available to support the delivery of the shopper marketing plans, making recommendations on supporting each event.
  • Consolidate customer activation campaigns to deliver a total initiative evaluation, key leanings and recommendation to the business.
  • Lead the customer activation input into and development through the divisional process.
  • Provide robust and relevant shopper insight for all customers into the process.
  • Provide customer insight for all retailers on key opportunities and threats.
  • Provide summary of best-in-class activation by retailer and by channel.
  • Provide visibility of customer corporate.
  • Identify the right tools for in store tracking effectively.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field, MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in PC Operation with 3 years’ work experience in managerial position in an international company.
  • Experienced win FMCG
  • Experience managing at least 500 PCs.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Good command of Thai and English.
