Job Purpose

Plan, manage and coordinate to all Department base on Training and Personnel Development function


Job responsibilities;

  • Responsible for preparing training program as appropriate
  • Analyze training needs and arrange training class to develop employee as schedule
  • Source and provide professional instructor and evaluation
  • Training budget control
  • Update the training procedure in order to serve the requirements and achieve the company goals
  • Training record in database

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Organization Development, Human Resources, Human Relation, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or any related field
  • 5+ years’ in-depth experience and understanding of Training and Development organization
  • Experience in development for manufacturer would be preferred
  • Experience in project management, result evaluating and well communicating in groups
  • Good command of English and negotiation skill
  • Good attitude, team work, enthusiastic and flexible
  • Able to work base in Rayong
