This position is responsible for development and achievement of the company business plan. As MD, will be accountable for protecting and employing assets to achieve set targets for return on invested capital and creating a culture that embraces empowerment and teamwork while significantly growing revenue.
Key responsibilities related to revenue generation include: identifying opportunities for growth and removing barriers to growth; interfacing with existing customers to gain additional business and find new customers for future business
Will maintain, enhance and further develop the company leadership and company workforce.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.

Must have 10+ years of experience in executive/senior management leadership roles.

Ability to manage projects (on time, within budget, achieve success criteria) to ensure positive business outcomes.
The ability to develop project plans, allocate resources, identify potential issues/risks and develop contingency plans.
