Study and understand gas station marts situation in terms of shoppers and competitors to develop and implement suitable brand communication and promotions to attract shoppers while promoting brand’s image.
Supervise and coach subordinates.
Work with internal parties such as operation and merchandising teams as well as external parties such as advertising and research agencies to execute the plans
Monthly prepare and present reports to supervisor.
Plan and develop promotion, POSM and advertising strategies.
supports to both company’s owned stations and dealers’ ones in terms of marketing and promotional activities.
Thai or non-Thai nationals
At least bachelor degree in business, marketing or retail management
Good command of English and computer literate
Flexibility to work in Cambodia
At least 10 years’ experience in convenient store retail management
Hand on experience as a pioneer team in setting and running convenient stores will be advantageous
Has supervisory, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Experience working in Indochina market is advantageous
