Report to: VP-Claims Motor


  • Analyses, Advises, Trains, Coaches and Improves Appraiser’s performances/KPI and plans/supports their action plans for achieving target
  • Approves each items as per given authority.
  • Advises/Explains related appraisal details to related parties.
  • Coordinates and works closely with internal and external parties regarding to technical appraisal matters.
  • Review technical appraisal to ensure that fair to all related parties with transparency and process with effective and efficiency.
  • Set up the centralized of appraisal for all channels which are Contracted, Dealers and Non Contracted Garages as planned.
  • Study, Design and Implement for Appraisal by Claims Adjuster/Appraiser (not only by Garage’s staff).
  • Works with Vendor Management Team to improve quality and service of all types of repairing.
  • Develop training courses needed for new and existing appraisers.
  • Search for any new techniques, technology and innovation for appraisal improvement.


  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, information management, Engineering or related field
  • at least 5 years of relevant work experience in automobile insurance business.
  • Prior project management experience (leadership skill is plus)
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skill with good decision making
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Utilize experience to improve processes and proactively drive opportunities to resolution without supervision
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Good in English communication skills – written, oral, interpersonal
