Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales and profit by analyzing and developing online trade plan to deliver sales budget and responsible for strategic E-commerce merchandising execution.
  • Plan and manage a set of KPI’s to achieve overall budgets including sales, margin, etc.
  • Liaise with Digital marketing manager – eCommerce to ensure all communication are aligned with the plan and deliver sales budget.
  • Deliver the Online sales growth, conversion, average order value for E-commerce product areas
  • Responsible for developing the existing portfolio and identifying new online business opportunities.
  • Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company’s ambitious growth through online channel.
  • Acquire and retain online customers and working closely with key strategic partners
  • Business analyze and performance update as required and developing tools and templates to make timely promotional decisions.
  • Coordinate with logistic and warehouse department for the inventory and orders shipment and return.
  • Understand customer journeys and user experiences and constantly looking at ways to keep the business at the top of its field.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Master degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce or any related field
  • 1-2 years’ online sales experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace, Retail or FMCG business
  • Well understanding and experience in E-commerce consumer retail environment is preferred
  • Fluent in English and expert in computer operation, advance in Excel: Vlookup & PivotTable
  • Good interpersonal skill with creative thinking and good strategic planning
