For SUPERVISOR level;
Responsible for brand building through set of marketing strategies and data gathering on each brands in term of what market needs and analyze feedback in term of which way/strategy is most suitable for the needs of customers. This position is also responsible for supporting Marketing Manager and Product Manager in developing suitable marketing plan and other related communication strategy.
For MANAGER level;
Responsible for marketing strategies of each product (as assigned) in terms of establishing strategy, implementation, and plan. This position is responsible to be a knowledge champion for those specific products and to make sure that marketing strategy would support the sales revenue of those brand specifically in order to achieve sales target for those brands. This also includes the responsibility to analyze market, competitors, and consumer behaviors.
