Report to: Office Manager


  • Be the first person to greet with warm welcome to all guests, visitors, and clients
  • Answering all incoming telephone calls and connecting the lines to the requested party
  • Managing all meeting bookings
  • Organizing and providing coordination support for internal meeting and conference calls
  • Responsible to take care of cleanness and tidy of reception are and assigned area
  • Perform other administrative supports as assigned by superior


  • Thai nationality with Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • 2 years’ experience as receptionist with multi-national corporate environment
  • Solid operating MS Office computer skill
  • Knowledge of AV equipment, reception services and meeting planning is required
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Good problem solving as professional, friendly and enjoy working as part of a team
