- In charge of recruitment and interview process to shortlist candidate for managerial and supervisory level.
- Make the strategic plan of various recruitment sourcing to meet manpower needs i.e. online channels, job fairs, campus tour, recruitment agency, etc.
- Ensure recruitment’s efficiency, process improvement, service quality, timeline and accuracy.
- Manage and control recruitment procedure and system to ensure the efficient provision of staff within the appropriate timeframe.
- Ensure that company’s headcount and recruitment expenses are within the approved headcount and budget.
- Train and develop recruitment team.
- Male/Female with age 35 years old up.
- Bachelor degree in any related field.
- Experience in mass recruitment is preferable.
- Good command of English.
- Good communication, service mind, flexible and leadership.
