Responsibilities:

  • In charge of recruitment and interview process to shortlist candidate for managerial and supervisory level.
  • Make the strategic plan of various recruitment sourcing to meet manpower needs i.e. online channels, job fairs, campus tour, recruitment agency, etc.
  • Ensure recruitment’s efficiency, process improvement, service quality, timeline and accuracy.
  • Manage and control recruitment procedure and system to ensure the efficient provision of staff within the appropriate timeframe.
  • Ensure that company’s headcount and recruitment expenses are within the approved headcount and budget.
  • Train and develop recruitment team.

Qualifications:

  • Male/Female with age 35 years old up.
  • Bachelor degree in any related field.
  • Experience in mass recruitment is preferable.
  • Good command of English.
  • Good communication, service mind, flexible and leadership.
