Restaurant Manager is generally responsible for leading the overall operations of the assigned restaurant units operated by in a profitable manner.

  • Drive QSC standards
  • Review and analyze daily, weekly and monthly sales. Identify restaurants that have negative sales gaps, and work with restaurant managers to identify action plan to close the gaps
  • Monitor and coach team members to drive sales program, promotions and local store marketing campaign to achieve their sales target
  • Demonstrate excellent control of all operating costs to be in line with laid down budget
  • Roster staffs effectively to maximize sales opportunities and staff productivity while control salaries and wages
  • Accountable for expense report including petit cash, cash float and all cash settlements
  • Set up manpower plan at restaurant management level
  • Effective recruit qualified staff and other managerial level
  • Lead team by communicating and motivating each individual in the team effectively and draw everyone into one team

Assistant Restaurant Manager is generally assisting Restaurant Manager to excel overall operations.

  • Monitor and coach staff members to achieve their quality products and services per brand standard through operations excellent
  • Manage customer complaints with right and positive approach
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
  • Drive sales programs, promotions and LSM in order to increase sales
  • Build a strong team through a positive work place environment and effective communication


  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • Fresh graduated is welcome
  • Strong leadership, good problem solving, coaching and motivation skill
  • Good personality with excellent communication and strong service-minded
  • Good communication in English and computer literacy
  • Able to work as shift
