Confer with owners, architects, developers, consultants and contractors of new and/or existing structures to determine optimal equipment required and to generate new sales.
Prepare and formally present bids for company’s standard equipment and begin same for custom equipment. Explain cost factors and emphasize value and technical benefits, such as construction methodology, performance, environmental impact, durability, schedule, the appearance of product, job site and end-user safety.
Understand and utilize market pricing strategy to maximize orders and profitability.
Evaluate project details (bid and contract documents, site conditions, the project needs) and provide a recommendation on best available solutions.
Prepare order entry on successful completion of the sales.
Submit layouts to the customers and coordinate other project management aspects on jobs sold.
Ensure quality and timely handover to installation.

Bachelor or Master Degree in faculty of Engineering in any related field
3-5 years’ sales experience in mechanical / electrical product specification
Having strong relationship with developers, architect firms and construction business
Knowledge in Elevator and Escalator would be preferred
Good command in English
Good competency in Microsoft Office in Excel, Power Point and AutoCAD
