Responsibilities:

  • Manage Sales team and sales activity of Air Freight Forwarding services
  • Build business relations with prospects & existing customers by regular client visits
  • Follow-up on quotations and obtain customer feedback
  • Negotiate and close deals with prospect customer
  • Set sales target for sales staff included sales performance monitoring
  • Follow-up activities are accurately maintained and submitted in a timely manner by sales staff
  • To perform regular market surveys and keep abreast with the moves of the competition
  • Complete annual forecasting and set sales volume and revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in related filed.
  • 8 years’ sales experience in Freight Forwarding industry
  • Direct sales experience in Air freight forwarding field would be preferred
  • Strong leadership with ‘can do’ attitude
  • Good command of English and computer literacy
  • Good people management, problem solving, decision making, teamwork, and customer focus
  • Able to travel aboard for business trip
