Provide leadership, guidance and direction to ensure custom clearance performance is in line with company goal and responsible for group budgeting & P&L.
Act as a consultant for client on all custom clearance question and provide the best solution on our expertise for client cost optimization.
Build strong relationship with all parties: client, potential client, new client, custom department, and related government.
Work closely with VP to formulate and develop strategies, goals and objectives of Custom Clearance Group to support company goal; and develop medium/short-term plans and programs to accomplish these objectives.
Plan, develop and maintain on-going performance monitoring and evaluation to ensure that goals and objectives are achieved, and that all subordinate employees adhere to the corporate standards and goals.
Develop long-range plans and goals that respond to the needs of the business, corporate objectives and changes within the marketplace.
Direct strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company.
Manage manpower and its plan under the group, manage team on performance delivery, process improvement, and change management.
40 – 50 years of age (male or female) with direct experience managing in custom business of at least 15 years.
Strong relation with custom department and result-oriented.
Excellent command of English, outstanding personality with strong management skill.
