Direct/Indirect Report: Assistant Key Account Manager / Account Executive

Purpose:

Manage and build strong business relationships with all the key Hyper, Supermarket and CVS accounts under portfolio. Manage and oversee the profitability by developing long-term and short-term sales goals, as well as channel strategies to achieve business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achievement of sales objectives of modern trade
  • Maintain comprehensive and current understanding of competition.
  • Lead strategic customer planning and develop a winning strategy to deliver business goal.
  • Provide supervision and coach account management team consisting of GKAM, KASM, KAE and sales and marketing team in day to day business.
  • Identify sales incentive KPI for Key account management team.
  • Work closely with trade marketing, marketing, demand and financial specialist.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in MT Sales management.
  • Excellent sales track record as well as effective sales, planning, leadership and people management experience within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skill.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
