Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, coordinate and manage welfare programs, Insurance, Social Security, and related matters upon the requirement.
  • Prepare and monitor some fundamental reports of HR to have a value information be ready to support when needed from business request that include Manpower working hours, OT monitor, Leave, training record and HR database.
  • Provide analysis on HR budget and expense.
  • Perform as a contact person on employee relation matters of entire organization.
  • Responsible for other HR administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in HR role 3-5 years with background in C&B/benefits analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good command of English.
  • Enthusiastic, independent and analytical thinking.
