Monitor, coordinate and manage welfare programs, Insurance, Social Security, and related matters upon the requirement.
Prepare and monitor some fundamental reports of HR to have a value information be ready to support when needed from business request that include Manpower working hours, OT monitor, Leave, training record and HR database.
Provide analysis on HR budget and expense.
Perform as a contact person on employee relation matters of entire organization.
Responsible for other HR administrative tasks.
Experience in HR role 3-5 years with background in C&B/benefits analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Good command of English.
Enthusiastic, independent and analytical thinking.
