Create and implement marketing plan and strategies for product group under responsibility in order to attract consumers and compete in market to make sure that product, price, place, and promotion answers the needs of consumers truly and react to dynamic of marketing competitively.
Analyse market, competitors, and customers via market survey and research in order to understand consumer and market for develop marketing strategy and plan:
Initiate and develop marketing strategy to set up on direction of product, channel and consumer focus which based on insightful from consumer and market data.
Develop and implement marketing communication strategies and communication concept.
Initiate and execute suitable marketing activities & promotional plan which is within budget.
Overseeing and Control on P&L and A&P to ensure on profit-oriented focus.
Co-operate and work with Sales team in term of:
Support to ensure successful implementation of marketing activities.
Assist sales team to present marketing plan to key buyers.
Monitor the effectiveness of new marketing program.
Working closely with agency and overseeing marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
At least 7 years experiences in marketing field.
At least 35 years old.
English proficiency, both verbal and written.
Good Command MS Office and Nielsen.
Analytical Skill and Good personality.
Ability to understand customer and market dynamics.
