Our client is looking for a senior raining manager to develop skills and positive mindsets for a growing call center

Responsibilities:

  • Develop training program for induction, orientation and on-going improving employee’s skill, performance, productivity and quality of work
  • Implement a wide variety of training methods & materials
  • Conduct, monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness and success periodically
  • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training program as necessary
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
  • Develop best practices for knowledge base creation and management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a training manager for call center
  • Proficiency in training methods (mentoring, coaching, on -the-job or in class training, e-learning, workshop, simulations and etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong writing and record keeping ability for reporting and training manual
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
