Responsibilities:

  • As Telesales guru, you will direct the entire team and operations of the platform towards achieving company sales and customer services targets while creating a highly motivated, rambunctious and fun team
  • You will be responsible for customer lead segmentation, allocation and tracking while putting security of customer data at its utmost priority
  • You will design, implement and review sales and Call Centre policies, processes and operating systems that aligns with other team functions within the company
  • You will set and review sales and customer service standards and guidelines for your team to interact with customers via various channels including but not limited to calls and messaging apps
  • You will ensure that your team is equipped to sell any products and services e.g. motor insurance and health insurance including but not limited to product trainings
  • You will be responsible for managing your budget for including but not limited to manpower resources and marketing expenses
  • You will be responsible for coaching, performance management and career development of your team, ensuring they have fun on job and are well fed but meet their targets too

Qualifications:

  • Have an undergraduate degree in any course.
  • You must have at least 4 years in a lead capacity managing a result driven Call Centre/ Telesales team for financial products
  • You must have experience in sales training and inspiring / motivating your team
  • You are technologically and social media savvy
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Having an entrepreneur mindset with an aim to bring the best product to the market
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Thai and English
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
