Job Purpose:

To conduct products’ knowledge training for internal and external members, business partners’ sellers, and conduct customer forum.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in training financial knowledge and wealth management skills
  • Responsible in conducting motivation course and motivation course related to life insurance and/or unit link and/or saving products
  • Responsible in conducting customer forum session to stimulate life insurance and other financial products sales
  • Responsible in co-developing training course curriculum and materials, together with curriculum development team
  • Responsible for performance measures; number of class conducted, learner evaluation score, key driver improvement success rate etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or higher degree in any related field with background in financial management, financial advisory, or financial planning
  • 3-5 years’ TRAINING experience with financial and/or insurance product
  • Certified trainer would be considered priority
  • Strong personality, high energy, good communication skill
  • Flexibility in travelling to upcountry
