Responsibilities:

  • Produce an integrated channel strategy for upcountry sales expansion. Share sales

targets with:

– SME Direct Channel – expand reach to small and medium businesses countrywide

– Company Partnerships Channel – establish upcountry presence alongside Company’s partners

  • Manage all the upcountry branches of Company
  • Manage budget
  • Lead Company Community staffs and ensure they achieve their training, visits, and sales

targets

  • Understand consumer environments and needs, as well as foresee risks and opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Have an undergraduate degree in any course focused on analytical skills
  • Have a minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience recruiting new customers, preferably in banking, financial products, or telecommunications
  • Have an understanding of multi-level marketing
  • Have experience managing retail branches, particularly in setting up branch openings with operations streamlined to HQ
  • Have ability to work in a young and dynamic multinational organization
  • Be an energetic, proactive self-starter who has experience in strategy and execution in driving different sales channel based on targeted customer segment in the upcountry UPC
  • Have ability to identify and form relationships with relevant decision makers
  • Have a fast learning ability, although previous experience in insurance industry is not required
  • Have strong English, presentation, interpersonal and selling skills Good command of English, presentation, interpersonal and selling skills are required.
